She quickly signed up for one of the Free Home Buyer Workshops to get familiar with the process in 2019 and refreshed her knowledge in 2020, all in perfect timing for her! She was set on her game plan once she attended. After connecting with a Lender to get pre-approved, was partnered with Buyer specialist, Mary, and they were out shopping as soon as Mayra said, Letโs go! Determination to reach those goals of homeownership is key. ๐ โฃโฃ โฃโฃ
The home hunting process was a family adventure. Mary had some great little helpers along the way! From having a professional videographer that shared her touring home experience with her Tiaโs through video chats, to Adrian that would prefer to not walk into a home he didnโt approve of, the family kept going until they found the one. They did take some time to revisit their wants and needs, but once the family approved of the home, plus having an experienced and knowledgeable team in their corner, an offer was accepted over all the others and the Alvarado Family was in Escrow on a place to call home!โฃ We have very happy and excited 1st time home owners, already enjoying their own large backyard and with the option to build in the future.
