Humberto & Lisa reached out to us five months ago, after seeing another one of our lovely clients become homeowners. Humberto reached out to us and shortly after came out to one of our first time home buyer workshop.

Shortly after, they met with Carmen Meraz with Platinum Home Mortgage to see what their purchasing power was. After a few months (They had a really busy schedule) of searching and viewing about 40 homes, their offer was accepted with our buyer's specialist, Francisco.

Humberto and Lisa quickly conducted their home inspection with Michael Becerra with A+ Home Inspection as well as a termite inspection. After both reports came in, Francisco got to work and was able to negotiate thousands of dollars of repairs.
