Nancy had come across Remo and Team in 2017 through her sister who also bought their first home with the Team. Nancy decided to start her real estate goals then and fast forward to now, decided to upgrade to a larger space.
She needed to look into her options, so she connected with Remo to go over all details of what it looks like to sell and buy during these times. After reviewing numbers and coming up with the game plan, they were off to get things going.

Fast forward to putting their home on the market, receiving multiple offers over asking, and searching for their replacement home, all concurrent with each other, we have very happy sellers that upgraded to their new place! A special highlight was that they sold to a teacher whom is starting her real estate goals as did Nancy years ago.
