Congratulations to the Newest Home Owners, the Rodriguez Family!

Aurora & Jose wanted to invest in something that was going to be their own instead of paying someone else's mortgage, so they asked family and friends who they knew could help. They were guided to the right team to guide their goals, we love referrals!

Buyer specialist Alina took the lead and guided them to a lender partner to see where the numbers were and shortly thereafter were out shopping for the place to call home.

Although placing the search on hold for some time due to the pandemic, they were back in the game as soon as possible. During the home hunt, their norm was to park on the street, but there was one house in particular where Alina advised them to park in the driveway (home was vacant). When they drove up for their appointment to see the home, Aurora said " We're parking in our house's driveway" , and guess what! They fell in love, placed a winning offer, and that statement is now reality! Way to go Alina!
