Congratulations to the Newest Homeowners, William, Carol, and Family!
Raving Fans & Teachers stick together! Carol was referred to our team by one of her Teacher coworkers, whom purchased earlier this year Jessica and Andre! Jessica had done her research and found us on Yelp, and when both Jessica and Carol were taking a class together, they got to talking about real estate. Carol joined one of our Workshops shortly thereafter to get to know more, and was ready to go!
Carol was already working with a credit union, but was open to getting another opinion, so we partnered them quickly with one of our preferred lenders at New World Mortgage A Direct Lender, Fernando and Luz. Two days later we were out looking at homes and in Escrow within 3 weeks!
Carol connected well with one of our Buyers Specialists Mary and since she set out to get to know their major wants, they were hitting the floor running. Carol and William knew as long as they were in the neighborhood they most wanted to live, that's what mattered most, which made their home buying process a dream to work with. They were always so organized and expressed their appreciation for our collaboration and teamwork. They were so gracious and kept a good attitude throughout the whole process. Team players all around!
