Fernando & Elizabeth had set their minds on achieving homeownership and were committed to the end goal as they were engaged and ready to find a place to call their own. After being in escrow and the sellers not being able to find a replacement home, Fernando and Elizabeth had to put their search on hold for a couple of months. Relentless and even more motivated they came back stronger than ever and set out on their home search again! They joined one of our Virtual Workshops to get a refresher and were ready to get out there again, not letting “la llorona” #rona stop them.
Partnered with our Lead Buyer Specialist, Mary, who also helped Chris and Nancy, she was ready with masks and gloves to go on the hunt for their home! Every safety precaution was made along the way and since Mary was very familiar with what they were looking for in a home. After seeing plenty of homes (fully geared up) and with our experienced team assisting in putting their best foot forward, guess what! Mary was able to get their offer accepted on the home they wanted, beating over 10 other offers, Great work Mary!
Shopping for homes and opening Escrow amidst quarantine didn’t stop the flow of the process to ensure homeownership, especially with patient and determined clients. Jumping ahead and at a safe distance, we have happy and excited home buyers, congrats!
