Congratulations to 1st Time Home-buyer & our Team's Preferred Baker, Denise and Family!
Dee & Jose came to us in Spring of 2018 in search of more information about the process of home ownership and joined one of our 1st Time Home-buyer Workshops.
From 2018 into 2019, Denise had put the search on hold, however while she was “taking a break”, she really wasn’t. She came back ready to rock and had done work that ultimately increased her financial power. She had decreased debt and received a promotion, yay Denise! When she came back, she revisited with her Lender to make sure she was on track to get the running started again.
After a quick conversation with our Buyer's Specialists Marysol, they were off to the races and started the search. Although the inventory was not always in their favor, with Denise’s patience and clarity of what she wanted, she knew that the perfect home would come about. Knowing what you want is a great characteristic to have!
Fast forward, and after seeing many homes, Denise’s heart felt at home when she walked in and saw the open space. Her baking and creative juices were ignited and she knew she wanted to write up an offer, so Marysol made it happen! Getting their offer accepted on the home Denise wanted, it was a no-brainer and the excitement was golden.
