Congratulations to 1st Time Homebuyers Louis, Diana, Nathan, & Ella!
Louis & Diana were out shopping and came across our Lead Buyer Specialist Mary at an Open House. Small world that Diana hadn’t seen Mary in years, perfect timing to run into each other again.
After an exchange of contact information, Diana reached back out to Mary to get guided in the right direction. Mary set-up a one-on-one appointment with them to get really familiar with their goals and how best to guide them. We quickly partnered them with one of our Lender partners from New World Mortgage and went through the pre-approval process.
As soon as they were pre-approved, they were ready to start the real shopping! Diana knew what she was looking for, and for all the homes that didn’t meet her requirements, she would say "This isn't our home, let’s move on to the next!" There was no time wasted as one of the great characteristics they had was knowing what they wanted. Louis & Diana were also so patient, even when there was low inventory and/or multiple offers. Fast forward to getting their offer accepted on what they wanted, everyone was ecstatic!
