Congratulations to 1st Time Home Buyers, Justin & Lydia!

Last summer, Justin & Lydia set out to search for an Agent to help them achieve their Real Estate Goal of purchasing their 1st home. As they searched through Yelp, they came across Yelp’s #1 local Real Estate Team an called right away. Thank you Yelp for connecting Justin & Lydia to Team RemoTheRealtor!

After discussing their plans with Remo, he partnered them up quickly with our Lead Buyer Specialist, Mary. Mary initially met them during the summer and started the search running. Although they found homes they liked, Justin & Lydia had to place their goals on hold for a few months.

Fast forward to when they were ready again and after switching gears, they set out to go shopping again with Mary. Once out on the hunt for their home, Justin and Lydia took the time to also talk to a few of the neighbors to get a sense of the neighborhood before deciding to write offers .  This was very helpful for them in making decisions on whether they wanted to submit an offer or not.  The house can be amazing, but it’s also important to get familiar with neighbors and the feel of the neighborhood. One of Justin and Lydia’s requirements was to know they were bringing their son to a nice neighborhood and that was the case. They got their offer accepted and fast forward, they are happy and proud 1st time home buyers, congrats!
