Congratulations to the Bucmaniuk family on successfully Selling their home to move out of the area.

Maria had been wanting her Mother to move in with her up north so she wouldn’t be by herself, so Maria set out to get as much information as possible to make the transition smooth for her and her mother.

Within the first weekend of being on the market, we received multiple offers that were above the list price. After accepting the highest and best offer that was $25,000 above the list price, we closed a week ahead of time on the sale of their home, and facilitated the smooth transition for Maria. 🔥🔥🔥
