Congratulations to Donald & Holly for purchasing their first home!

Holly and Donald knew they wanted to purchase a place to call their own and decided to search for someone to help them achieve their Real Estate Goals, especially as 1st time home buyers. As they searched online and through many sites to make sure they connected with the right team, they came across Yelp’s #1 local Real Estate Team and made sure to connect right away!

After discussing their goals with Remo, he quickly recommended they join one of the 1st Time Home Buyer Workshops and partnered them with our Buyer Specialist, @alina_kwrealty . Once they spoke with Alina and attended the workshop, they were ready to get pre-approved and get the search going within the same week! Fast forward to seeing plenty of homes and narrowing down their key characteristics, they had their eyes set and placed a couple offers. With one home in particular that had a built-in dog run for their little fur baby.

To their excitement and strong Agent representation, they got their two offers accepted competing over 25 other offers! They opened Escrow right when the COVID-19 Stay Home quarantine was placed in effect, which may sound challenging, but with the teams adjusting ways to ensure safety for everyone involved, that didn’t stop the flow of the process at all as many things were done virtually and/or at a safe distance. Jumping ahead and at a safe distance, we have happy and proud 1st time home buyers, congrats!
