Congratulations to 1st Time Home Buyers, David & Brianna!
Brianna and David had known they wanted to purchase a place to call their own for some time and since they follow Team Remo the Realtor on Facebook, they knew who to reach out to when they were ready to learn more.
They set out to learn more by attending a 1st Time Home Buyer Workshop and soon thereafter, they had a game plan to achieve especially since they were outgrowing their smaller place. Once they hit their personal financial goals and after refreshing their minds on the home buying process, they were ready to go shopping for their dream home!
Since our Buyer Specialist, Francisco, had been in communication with them about their game plan, he made sure that he got familiar with what they were looking for so they could hit the ground running. Fast forward after viewing many homes, they set their eyes on the perfect home for them and their kids. One of their biggest wants was to have a large back yard for the kids to have space to play, so Francisco made sure that they were top of mind when presenting their offer. To David & Brianna’s excitement, and with Francisco’s continuous communication, he was able to negotiate and get the offer on their dream home accepted! Great work Francisco!
Although opening Escrow when the COVID-19 Stay Home quarantine was in effect, that didn’t stop the flow of the process to ensure homeownership! Jumping ahead and at a safe distance, we have happy and proud 1st time home buyers, congrats!
