Congratulations to the newest Raving Fan, 1st Time Home Owner, & Epic Bottle Popper, Ben!

Ben had heard many wonderous stories the past few years about Team RemoTheRealtor and how clients were more like family through long time Ravings Fans whom we helped years ago. He already knew who to connect with when he was ready to start his goal of homeownership. Thanks Winston & Evelyn for referring your family to us!

When Ben was ready to get the process started, he reached out and was partnered up right away with our Lead Buyer Specialist, Mary, who also helped Winston & Evelyn. With masks and gloves ready, they set out on the hunt to obtain his goal, not letting the pandemic stop them. Of course every safety precaution was made along the way and after seeing plenty of properties fully geared up, Ben found the home he wanted. With an experienced team on his side, assisting with putting his best foot forward, Mary made it happen. Offer accepted over any other offers, Great work Mary!

Amidst the current pandemic, shopping for homes and opening Escrow didn’t put a damper on the flow of the process at all, especially with Ben being determined to achieve his goal. Fast forward to a completed check list, we have a happy and excited 1st time home buyer, ready to have his nieces and nephews over (after the pandemic of course), so congrats!
