Roy & Cecilia were already planning on moving out of state and decided to see what it would look like to sell their home. As they started to do their research on who can help and after reading many Yelp reviews, they decided to reach out to Remo to see what their options would be. After some recommendations, Remo was ready to get their home sold! During the beginning stages of the pandemic, a lot of changes were happening, but with Remo’s consistent communication and latest updates, the Welch’s were reassured of their decision to work with a great Team to sell their home. The trust was so great, they decided to move sooner than planned as Remo and Team were handling it all perfectly. The home went live on the market and we received multiple offers that were above the list price, great news for Sellers moving out of state! After accepting one of the strongest offers above the list price and after a week or two of back-and-forth with the solar company, we were able to transfer the solar lease the Sellers had with the sale of the home. With everything resolved and moved to the closing table, we closed on the sale of their home, and we have happy sellers that are already settled in Arizona.
