Hugo came across our team through a Dodgers game during the summer and was invited to join one of our Virtual Home Buyer workshops to learn about the home buying process. Shortly thereafter, Hugo and Sandra were connected with buyer specialist Rebecca to begin shopping. Although they took a break after viewing condo's and townhomes during the summer, they came back determined to find an SFR instead. Getting a second opinion on their numbers helped put them in a better position and were out shopping again. Open to the team's guidance throughout their home buying journey, they came across an opportunity right next door to a house they were originally interested in, but bigger...They put their best foot forward & got their offer accepted! Getting keys the same week as Veteran's Day, and Sandy's Birthday, way to go Team!
