The Holiday Season is here and our Annual Christmas Tree Decorating Contest has begun! Every year we set out to do this contest to see and showcase the talent of our clients and anyone else out in the Facebook sphere who participates in our contest. Team RemoTheRealtor hosted an outstanding Open House for our listing in Friendly Hills, Whittier CA. Hosting our Mega Open House with Prime Lending gave us the opportunity to raffle off a mini ipad. Prime Lending door knocked nearly 100 homes in the area and Team RemoTheRealtor set out 100+ Open House Signs! This in combination with our social media opportunity gave us a 130 person turn out. 

The end result was multiple offers within the first week of being on the market, and we closed last week above the listed price.
