Nic & Carolina had been considering upgrading to a larger home for their family and decided to reach out to Remo to see what their options are.

Once they met with Remo, they decided to move forward with the sale of their home so they can update into a bigger one. Remo did make a few small recommendations to get their home ready for the market, and the Fierros jumped right into action. After the recommendations were made, Remo added a few staging items and we were ready for the market.

During that time, Marysol, our Buyers’ Specialist met with the Fierros to confirm their needs and they were out viewing properties within a few days. After viewing many homes, the Fierros came across their current home now and knew it was the one. After some negotiation, we were able to come to terms with their sellers and open escrow.

Within that same time, we also went live on the market on their current home, and within the first week, we received multiple offers that were above the list price. After accepting the strongest offer that was $25,000 above the list price, we closed within 30 days on the sale of their home, and the purchase of their new beautiful home.

Congratulations to 1st Time Homebuyers Louis, Diana, Nathan, & Ella!

Louis & Diana were out shopping and came across our Lead Buyer Specialist Mary at an Open House. Small world that Diana hadn’t seen Mary in years, perfect timing to run into each other again.

Congratulations to 1st Time Home-buyer & our Team's Preferred Baker, Denise and Family!

Dee & Jose came to us in Spring of 2018 in search of more information about the process of home ownership and joined one of our 1st Time Home-buyer Workshops.

From 2018 into 2019, Denise had put the search on hold, however while she was “taking a break”, she really wasn’t. She came back ready to rock and had done work that ultimately increased her financial power. She had decreased debt and received a promotion, yay Denise! Lerner was referred to our team by his lender Justin Brown with Justin Brown - Loans by JB. After the referral, the Chu family still wanted to do their own research, and once they started reading some of our 150+ 5 Star Reviews on Yelp, they thought they would go with Justin's referral.

Congratulations to Hernandez Family on being the Newest Homeowners!

Chris & Teresa had been looking at homes and attending Open Houses for some time just to get a feel of what they wanted. After hearing about us through our Team and shared Instagram stories, Teresa knew she wanted to learn more about how to be next! They registered for one of our 1st Time Home Buyer Workshops and both joined us after work to gain some knowledge about the process and were excited to continue the process.

As soon as they got informed, they connected right away with one of our Lender partners to go over Step 1; Pre-approval. Buyers Specialists Marysol was there, ready to continue to get to know their needs and wants right after they got pre-approved. Once approved, the Hernandez Family was out there shopping.

Congratulations to the Beltran’s For Getting To The Finish Line!

Anthony & Denise had been considering moving to a specific area in Whittier and since they do their research, they came across Remo through social media (Instagram & Yelp), and quickly reached out to get more information on how they can make their goals a reality.

After meeting with Remo and getting the plan to Sell their home, they were ready to make things happen, with the perfect team to get them there!

Pushing forward with Remo recommendations, their home SOLD over asking price! Once their home was off the market, they were ready to start searching for the new place to call home. Thankfully the Beltran’s were specific on two areas of Whittier that they wanted to live, which is a definite characteristic to have when searching for homes! Our Buyer Specialist, the amazing Mary, went above and beyond by door knocking those areas to see if anyone was ready to sell to the next deserving family.

Not only did Mary get out to find their new place, but after seeing about 15 homes and nothing was sparking flames. She kept on searching and came across a Tour of new homes coming on the market. By that same weekend, she had taken the Beltran’s to see it, and boom, love at first sight. Great job Mary! There was some time in between getting responses, hopes up and down, looking at other homes just in case, but after walking out of the last home they didn’t feel a spark with, Mary got the happy news of their offer being accepted on the home they loved!

Congratulations to Diego & Natalie for Selling their Condo and Purchasing a Home with Our Team!

Natalie & Diego had already been considering Selling and moving to a different neighborhood, so when Natalie came across Remo's Instagram after seeing his wife Eva on it. After a little research, she wanted to take the next steps and have a conversation.

Natalie reached out to Remo, and soon thereafter set-up an appointment to chat through the family's goals and their plan to sell their condo so they can purchase a home.

Full force ahead (That's for you Diego), their Condo was listed, and within the first 10 days of being on the market, we had multiple offers above the list price.

As we started to receive those offers, it was now a perfect time to then start searching for the home to continue the next chapter. Paired with our Buyers' Specialist Francisco, they were able to identify their beautiful upgrade in no time and with a pool! After their offer was accepted, they were beyond excited for the future and couldn’t be happier that the day has come to them getting their keys.

Even though we hit a few bumps on the way, Diego and Natalie and Ice Water in the veins are were as coooooool, as the other side of the pillow.

Congratulations to the Newest Homeowners, William, Carol, and Family!

Raving Fans & Teachers stick together! Carol was referred to our team by one of her Teacher coworkers, whom purchased earlier this year Jessica and Andre! Jessica had done her research and found us on Yelp, and when both Jessica and Carol were taking a class together, they got to talking about real estate. Carol joined one of our Workshops shortly thereafter to get to know more, and was ready to go!
